Vintage posters are any older posters beyond a certain date. However, when most people ask about vintage posters they usually old form of advertising - like theater posters and movie posters. They were colorful posters designed by true artists and hung up everywhere. The process was usually lithograph, but many vintage posters show handwork and hand coloring.
